You can browse our online catalog and purchase on our secure checkout. This is currently the only way to place an order as we are a small and growing company. Streamlining the ordering process like this helps to keep product costs down, something good for all of us! One of the great customer service features of the Saltysiren online catalogue is that it will reserve the items in your shopping cart for 24 hours, so if you get interrupted and aren't able to complete your order, you can come back within 24 hours to finish your shopping and your previously selected items will still be in your cart! Cool!

 

We will issue a credit or refund for products returned to us in new condition within 30 days of order date. Refunds will be in the form of a company check. They must be un-used, unopened, free of damaged, and accompany a return code provided by us. Please insure your return package and pack your items securely as Saltysiren is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items. We do not refund or return shipping charges. If your order ARRIVED damaged or INCORRECT, please let us know at 1-831-596-5704 within 7 days of receiving it and we will be happy to fix the problem. Do hold onto any packaging material if your order was damaged as it may be required when filing a claim.
Please note that soaps and/or shampoos from 'Saltysiren Soap All Year' are non-returnable.

Currently we are shipping out all orders via UPS to street addresses only. The one exception will be for those customers receiving "Saltysiren Soap All Year", which will be sent out on the first of each month via USPS. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
