HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
Once you’ve selected your preferred artist(s), you can either stop by the shop, send a detailed email with a description of the design, some photo reference, and your preferred dates to schedule or message us on our socials. This will enable us to process your request quickly and efficiently.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO GET A TATTOO?
You must be at least 18 years of age. Some of our artists will tattoo at 17y/o with parent/guardian signature (id required and if under 17y/o birth certificate is required). Piercings start at age five (5) for ear lobes (with parent id/minor birth certificate). Ask a piercer for age restrictions on all other piercings.
HOW MUCH DOES A TATTOO COST?
It depends on the artist, but all tattoos start at $100. Final price is dependent on size, detail of the design, location on the body (where it will be placed), and finally which artist you’ve chosen. Some artists have a minimum billing, which varies.
HOW CAN I GET A PRICE QUOTE?
The best way to get a quote is through a brief detailed email or message to our socials. In order for us to quote your idea, we need to consider the subject, size, placement on the body, detail, etc. please include reference photos.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE A WALK-IN APPOINTMENT?
Generally our resident artists book a few months in advance. The term “walk-in” means you don’t need an appointment. They will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis with cancellation availability permitting. We will always do our best to accommodate your request.
DOES IT HURT?
For some people, tattoos hurt more than for others. tattooing is a personal experience and you are best to be prepared for it mentally. Our artists will ensure that you are as comfortable as possible. If you wish to use numbing cream please let your artist know beforehand as different brands can affect the outcome of the tattoo.
HOW LONG DOES A TATTOO TAKE TO HEAL?
It takes two weeks to “heal,” but it takes months for the skin to fully regenerate.
CAN I GET TATTOOED IF I’M PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?
No, our artists do not tattoo women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. This is generally a preventative measure, however due to the risk of infection and other factors that have been considered you will need to wait until your baby is born and you are no longer breastfeeding.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept cash or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). No checks.
DO I NEED TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT IF I DECIDE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to make an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and will be applied to the final price of your tattoo.
